my goal is to loose weight for the summer, i really want to tone up but i have to get rid of my fatness first haha, this page is for what i look at to inspire me, and pretty soon i will be boss at loosing weight =)

i know i have not been blogging lately, but i have been so busy with school and working out, and studying, and i got to get stuff for my mommy’s bday, but i will post more stuff tonight =)

  1. Wifebeater
  2. T-shirt
  3. Trash bag
  4. Sweater
  5. Yoga pants or sweats
  6. Toning Sneakers

Workout

  1. Aerobic Run- 30 mins
  2. Pull Downs, Leg Ups- 3 Sets of 10
  3. Aerobic Run- 30mins
  4. Sit Ups- 3 Sets of 60

Oh and get two bottles of water because you will get thirsty =)
